Indeed, a negative mind will not create positive vibes. It is tough to fight the negativities in the mind, but it is very imperative for amelioration of mental health and improvement in living.

Let us discuss when a negative mindset blocks positive vibes. 

How to find a person with a negative mindset?
 
Following are the common signs that one may have when having a predominantly negative mindset:

(1) Negative thinking focuses on problems rather than looking for solutions and can even create a sense of helplessness or frustration. A negative mind mostly complains about situations, people, or life itself without showing any kind of will to solve problems or effect change.

(2) A negative mind most of the time expects the worst outcomes and orients itself toward conceivable problems rather than opportunities. And if you think things will go wrong, you may unconsciously act in ways that make this happen: negative expectations can lead to negative outcomes.

(3) A negative mind will always tend to shift the blame onto others for their problems or mistakes and seldom take responsibility for one's actions. This strains relationship since it leads to criticism, blame, and conflict features that wear down interaction.

(4) You will always find a negative person saying that they are victims of circumstance, believing that they have no control over their lives and that others are responsible for their unhappiness. They promptly judge or criticize others, mostly pointing out their flaws and faults as opposed to strengths and successes. 

Their conversations often dwell on gossip, complaints, or negative news. They often do not show enthusiasm or excitement about life and may more than often come off indifferently or apathetically.

The time spent with such people often leaves you feeling drained or down, since their negativity is contagious. Setting healthy boundaries in place can help safeguard a person's well-being while still supporting others.

It is also very important to avoid negative people to maintain your mental peace and well-being.

Strategies that can help you minimize the impact of negative individuals upon your life:

Whenever one meets someone, he should notice the behavioural aspects and how he feels after being with the person. If in contact with certain people, he feels stress, anxiety, or sadness is already a hint of their negative influence. 
Evaluate a relationship and judge whether it's more draining than supportive. And in case one finds that the person has negative traits, then comes the importance of limiting your boundaries. 

Here, I have a few suggestions for you to deal with such people.

A) Have a gentle yet firm manner of stating your need for space or boundary. An example would be, "I need some time to myself" or "I would not want to discuss anything negative".

B) Lessen interaction with negative individuals. For those who are coworkers or relatives you couldn't help but steer clear of, interactions would be strictly professional or when it would be absolutely necessary to do so.

C) Unfollow or mute all those negative people on social media who just post negativity and comment negatively.

D) Avoid discussing topics of a negative nature. You can respond with neutrally phrased comments like, "I'm so sorry to hear that." In most cases, you won't need to further contribute to the negativity. OR If the conversations are not going your way, usually ending up in negativity, try to steer them back toward more positive or at least neutral subjects.


E) Learn to express yourself and your needs with confidence without feeling intimidated or at fault; never stay 'yes' to all situations and requests that hamper your mental peace.


Changing the negative mindset to a positive one involves a very long process, and for that, one needs to put in continuous effort and patience. You as human beings cannot change others' people. Then, the only option you are left with is to avoid negative people to maintain your own mental peace and well-being.
You diffuse much of the negativity through the creation of positive space, healthy boundaries, positive communications, and activities that uplift you and others. There is a lot of sense in the saying, "Mind your own business." It very often directs our attention towards our life and holds us back from poking our noses into somebody else's life. It is respect for boundaries: respecting the worth of basics of social grace, respect for space, and respect for individual autonomy.

Each has his journey to undertake and his own obstacles to cross. Minding one's own business does not interlope into the affairs and decisions of other people. It is then that a person can be free from worries and not take the extra burden and unnecessary concerns, by being worried about only his business and nothing of other people. We, in this way, facilitate those people being with us and make them feel comfortable, making them create a notion of trust and respect for us in their minds.

Encourages real connection

This approach encourages real connections and does so with empathy and understanding, not superficial curiosity or judgment. Respecting boundaries also means some people don't want unsolicited advice.

Encourages self-refinement

However, "mind your own business" essentially has the interests of the people at heart. Minding our business will, therefore, make us focus on individual efforts and aspirations. In showing respect by keeping away from other individual's business, one observes the rule of equality and decency when relating to others. It sets an environment wherein all consider a person worthy for what he is and not for what one does or is in life.

"Minding one's own business" is not merely a phrase, but much more, it's a principle to upraise respect, personal growth, and peaceful coexistence.

It connects us to everything that exists and taps into a powerful force at its core.

The inner force of life is also manifested in our emotions and mind. It is the interest that we feel when we are engaged in something we enjoy, the sense of empowerment that comes with facing a challenge, and the innovative solutions that arise in our minds. One can identify with it when one comprehensively tries to understand the feelings and thoughts involved.

In the aspects of emotions and psychology, the force of life is well-recognized in sensations, encouraging factors, and goals that make people satisfied with their lives. It is the cause of our pleasure and pain, love and fear. It is a natural force that drives people’s actions and choices. This energy might become a source of power that leads to self-realisation if we can identify it and use it.

In Hinduism, this is referred to as ‘Prana,’ meaning the energy which actually permeates the Universe and its beings. In the morning it might be the sun, or in the cup of coffee or even being able to share a joke that may be very fulfilling.

 Saying that people matter for happiness is a message we convey to children. This means that having time for people you care for is some sort of key to happiness. Nothing is permanent in the flow of life and its ebbs. The transient nature of everything is a core belief that has been passed through various philosophies and traditions. This impermanence is found in nature’s cycles, and human rhythms, which always remind us of how our experiences and possessions are fleeting.

In the natural world, time passes on through constant change or transformation. The seasons perfectly exemplify this. Spring’s flowers give way to lush greenness in summer then turn to golden-brown leaves of autumn before winter takes over with its drab bareness. Although these stages are all vividly true for their moment, they are also transient making room for the next ones in an unending cycle of growth and decay.

Human existence similarly exemplifies the reality of impermanence
“change is a universal truth” which is widely known as an extremely profound statement. It means that change is a basic aspect of being and can be seen in different aspects.


From birth to death, we grow up, age then die. Relationships go through evolution sometimes unexpectedly so. Friendships flourish and wane; love sprouts then dies; social roles transform over time.


Life is always changing, as society and culture evolve. Nothing is eternal, lasting whether it is good or bad. Flavours of transitoire, life, and experiences, where we find peace and solace. Acknowledging that change is not complete allows us to see and appreciate life right here and now. Hastening or giving an estimate of one's own identity can make one more graceful and more grateful for the experiences and connections.

"Many of the seemingly solid structures we build homes, careers, and social structures we depend upon and evolve over time. Organizations can rise and fall just as civilizations have done throughout history."

Life is not measured only in big moments; the small events are also part of our journey. These sweet and sour moments of life together make a great experience. This transit nature of existence helps us realise life's impermanence and encourages us to cherish every moment.

The impermanence of life teaches us, that good and bad times will pass. We do not have to be very sad in sorrow and not very overwhelmed in good times. When we think this way, this gives us inner strength and comfort in hardships. This perspective helps in facing the challenges with hope. knowing that nothing lasts forever.

Societies evolve, changing technology, norms, values,
and cultures. Sometimes through migration and conquest, through ideas and innovation, cultures evolve, amalgamate, and disperse. So do those ever-shifting foundations for life, our houses, work histories and social institutions.

Reminding ourselves, that everything is transient can deepen our gratitude for life, making us more appreciative of the gifts of experience and connection that here and now make possible. It leads us to reach out and touch the world, cherishing it in the warm light of love. No wonder, then, that the wise teachings of every tradition speak again and again of impermanence.

Every person needs to grow. Every person changes. Change can be good. Some things have to stay the same. We need some things to stay the same.

Change doesn’t have to be scary. Change can help us turn over a new leaf. It can open doors to new things. It’s easy to keep trying to better ourselves, adjust, and keep going as the world moves.

The stock market is always up in the air. You don’t see every store stay open for years. Advances in technology drive our economy, moving over all industries puzzle everybody differently. Policy and lifestyle have been subject to change for centuries.

It is a well-worn religious reflection for humans to note that “This too shall pass”. 
For instance, Buddhism describes all conditioned phenomena as being in a state of constant flux or impermanence (annica or anitya. And Heraclitus, the ancient Greek selected, once said, “You can never step in the same river twice”.

Knowing that nothing stays the same helps you make the most of every day and live your best life. Expect the unexpected and you'll be able to embrace new things, survive whatever comes your way, and always be improving.

Once you get used to changing and uncertainty, you can use them to your advantage, which gives you a huge benefit when things do shift. It's a constant process of turning uncertainties and setbacks into learning opportunities, even when they come with more failures than successes.

In that regard, one would raise questions about the depths of the mind, which creates reality; it captures the dynamic between ideas, feelings, and outcomes. Perceiving life from this angle as a mind game could help people exert more effort and focus their minds and emotions on tasks, goals, and personal well-being.

Everything in life happens for a reason 

The phrase ‘there is always a reason for everything one comes across in life ‘ is very much true.

There is no success and failure, no good and bad, no happiness and sorrow in life and all things should be in the correct perspective. Everything that happens in people's life whether they are happy or sad has its own colour and its own level. If the so-called adverse circumstances of life are seen as negative then life is full of suffering. 
It is, therefore we must try to train our minds so that they can take a more positive view. People should always attempt to see the positive side of all the situations that may be deemed as negative. With this attitude of yours, you will become much more broad-minded and relaxed. 

 Making our lives more meaningful and happier

Optimism has been found to promote a healthier life, effective problem-solving, personal achievement, and general well-being. Indeed, positive thinking includes concentrating on the better aspects of any circumstance, hoping only for the better, and remaining optimistic. This gives meaning to our lives and makes us happier.

A person should endeavour to be good and should attempt to be good.

It is not an issue of faith but of reason. If one becomes as gentle as children and attempts to shape the mental clay and accept a few things as they are, one’s heart will be content. 
Here, I am not saying we should withdraw ourselves from our normal activities. I am just trying to make you understand that, to find an opportunity to show you, and above all, to be at ease and comfortable with the various solutions at times that I have to explain to you. 
The things we use, the people that we encounter or the events that we experience in the course of our lives are things that we do not decide; they are predetermined by a supernatural being. And concerning this we have no control, but that superior power has endowed us with a tool called the brain and another tool called willpower. 
Positively, we can; with the right thinking and tenacity, we can alter our lives for the better. 

Growth Mindset

A fixed mindset defines talents and intelligence as the individual's fixed abilities. The growth mindset entails the notion of life as a mind game as we are in a position to train ourselves to look for opportunities even in the so-called problems. When one is assured of strength within him, then, the challenge is more than halfway through.

Turn to yourself to identify what you feel comfortable with and what you feel uncomfortable to handle. You will observe that everything that you find yourself doing unwillingly causes you discomfort once you are done. 

Here is where the real work starts,” say to yourself with authority every morning that, “I can change and I have the power to change. I will change. While practising this theory, train yourself to hold this thought throughout in your subconscious level, use the guide of your inner self, and then start the work.

 THE TALENTS OF RESILIENCE & ADAPTABILITY 

Life is unpredictable, as are the adversities that come with it; that is why only the honing of the skills of adaptability as well as the ability to get back on track are valuable.
Resilience may be described as that psychological characteristic that enables an individual to cope with the effects of negative situations in life and in fact, retain a smile on the face even in most trying circumstances.

Mastery of flexibility is one of the backup skills that will assist us to manoeuvre around the highs and the lows with ease and persistence. Some of the aspects of resilience that will be constructed include ways, means or strategies for managing adversities, a support framework and meaning/purpose in life. 


The Impact of Stress

Stress is an inevitable part of life, it is almost impossible to guard against all the ill effects of stress. Few, are significant if we go with the idea or perception of managing stress in the right way. Stress is a health problem ranging from some anxiety and depressive disorders to cardiovascular diseases and obesity where stress well managed boosts our capability and quality of life. 
Learning stress management through techniques of relaxation exercises, learning how to manage our time as well and positive thinking go a long way in balancing up our minds in the mind game of life.

The Power of Thoughts

 Undeniably, A powerful force in the human spirit is the mind.
The power of the mind in itself is that by having a positive mind, a person can attract similar experiences in life. 
According to this principle, it can be realized that positive focused thoughts with intentions can actualize positive ends. Some of the games of life are in nurturing one's mind to focus on the positive aspects and work towards realizing set goals through visualization.

Visualization and Goal Setting

Visualization refers to the act of creating a plan of what one would want to gain or make happen in his or her mind. It has been attested in numerous research that by doing so, performance increases visualization leads to the accomplishment of intended goals.

 Life as a mind game therefore draws from this principle and it is more of mental preparedness that prepares the mind towards success. 
In addition to goal setting, visualization helps one to differentiate and consolidate one’s purpose, equally or even better maintain attention and is always on the move in the achievement of the goals.

It means a state where one has a positive attitude towards something and believes that the outcome shall always be the best. Consequently, it is possible to build up resources and cope with the various levels of stress and the practice can lead to the production of well-being. This is because to win the game of life called to mind, one has to have a positive mind that goes through different tests of life to emerge a winner.

Embracing Continuous Learning


Life itself is a process that is accompanied by development and takes place in every person. As such, by taking the mentality of embracing change, which means embracing the unknown, our lives will be much more fulfilling than embracing simple change in a bid to broaden our horizons. As in any mind game that we call life, adaptability and constant learning make us capable of facing the world no matter how it comes.
As for me, the idea of perceiving life as the game of the mind really changed my perspective, thus, from the reel reality to the mind reality. In perception, attitude, and thought, it is often possible to speak of a much fuller, more meaningful, and purposeful kind of life. The game of life calls for, therefore, self-awareness, self-awareness, a positive attitude, goal setting and effective learning.
When these principles are adopted one is endowed with the ability to lead a clear, strong and happy life. Last of all life as a mind game underlines to us that the greatest strength is in the mind, and by creating this strength, we can form that which is perceivable, and attain true greatness.
