chedules, which are boring and constricting by definition, are the essential source of effectiveness, satisfaction, and results. It offers a clear framework for our existence, and as such it offers a great deal of certainty, which is really the feeling of being in control of our lives.
Flexibility is very important but a plan, however loosely drawn, can be a great ally in getting where we want to go and improving the quality of our lives in the process.

Let me start by dwelling on the fact that the definition of a routine is an activity that is done regularly.

In its form, it can be as uncomplicated as having a cup of coffee in the morning as it can be as elaborate as having a schedule for reading a newspaper or making breakfast and getting ready for the work of the day. The main idea is, however, to be consistent.

 Having a schedule helps to predict certain actions or events and thus causes the brain to be less drained when making decisions on what to do next, which leaves the brain to focus more on intellectual matters.

One can prioritize his or her to-do list and reduce procrastination because every task is assigned a slot of time within the day. It can also result in high performance and a feeling of being on top of things hence leading to great achievement.

 A routine is beneficial as it allows the formation of some new good habits.
 Whether it is exercise, proper diet or adequate sleep among others, their incorporation into peoples’ lifestyles is easier when it is routine.

 Besides productivity and optimization, routines are good for psychological health.

They enable people to build a quite stable and predictable social environment, which is especially helpful during stress.

 As mentioned, regularity provides some structure to our lives so that our body can better prepare for sleep, lessens feelings of anxiety and contributes to a better mood.

 Also, it can create focus and a direction in life is achieved gradually as we work towards the big picture.

But it is essential to realise that all this structure can become rather oppressive after a while.  Routine is one of the most efficient strategies to reach success and self-development. 

In fact, by giving structure, order, and the illusion of control, it can make life all the better. 

Nonetheless, the same should not become a routine and definitely should not be monotonous to discourage any individual from continuing with the exercises. Why Worry? A Spiritual Perspective

nxiety, one of the natural feelings everyone experiences at some point in their life,  can be attributed to fear of the future or concern over the past. 

 Anxiety, which in its aspect might be understood as a chatter in the mind, is an agent with which any individual might be familiar.

It is an influential mental perception resulting from the fear of the unknown, the absence of religious faith, and an overreliance on personal skills.

Psychologically, worry is considered to be a form of spiritual attention deficit, in which one forgets his or her spiritual self.

The Roots of Worry


Worry grows out of the root of severance and division which is the exact opposite of the reality of union. We convince ourselves that we are lonely, and have no one to turn to within a society that is so unpredictable.
 The very illusion of division thus makes the corresponding environment ideal for the thriving of fear, anxiety, and, consequently, worry.
We stress over the future, over the past, about our health, money, relationships and everything else. This is like having a mental checklist of things that our minds constantly work on as if there is always something to be worried about.

Worry and the Spiritual Life


Anxiety does not only indicate a psychological status, but it also points to a mini Spiritual condition. It acts as a shield between us and our souls, so we cannot feel the inner peace, happiness, and contentment that are part of our divine nature. As the opposite of anxiety, when involved with worry we are blinded to the guidance system within our spirituality.

Worry is
 a form of disbelief on the part of the individual in the existence of a divine plan.
 It suggests that we cannot rely on life's happening in the sequence of a divine plan. It points out that we need to dominate and manage every aspect of life while leaving and getting carried away by the currents of life.

Among the amazing sources, the Bhagavad Gita provides purpose and inspiration on how to know and not worry.

Overcoming Worry Through Spirituality

Worry is not something that can be eliminated or even stifled and this is why overcoming worry cannot be explained as a process of suppressing worry. It’s more about the change of approach to it.

The Bhagavad Gita
often referred to as the Gita is part of the great Indian epic the Mahabharata.

Self-analysis of the passage of the work of the Bhagavad Gita helps in understanding the causes of worry and specific advice to do away with it.

Here are some key teachings:

Karma yoga is one of the resources for dealing with detachment from outcomes that is practised by people.


VERSE 47

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन ।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥४७॥

karmaṇy-evādhikāraste mā phaleṣu kadācana
mā karma-phala-hetur bhūr mā te saṅgo’stv-akarmaṇi

Your right is to perform your work, but never to the results. Never be motivated by the results of your actions, nor should you be attached to not performing your prescribed duties.

Verse 2. 47: ''That right which is well-deserved can be followed by the prescribed tasks, But you are not entitled to the results of the actions done by you, Nor are you to be considered as the performer of the result of the activities done by you''


VERSE 8

न हि प्रपश्यामि ममापनुद्याद्
यच्छोकमुच्छोषणमिन्द्रियाणाम् ।
अवाप्य भूमावसपत्नमृद्धं
राज्यं सुराणामपि चाधिपत्यम् ॥८॥

na hi prapaśyāmi mamāpanudyād
yac chokam ucchoṣaṇam indriyāṇām
avāpya bhūmāv-asapatnam ṛddhaṁ
rājyaṁ surāṇām api cādhipatyam


Even if I gain a substantial kingdom beyond compare and the power of the demigods, I see nothing that can remove this grief that is eroding my senses.

The eighth verse of this text points out the message that we should engage in an action We should work without worrying about the outcome.  



This way, one can avoid anxiety and stress because he or she has done his or her part in doing the right thing and the rest has been left in the hands of the almighty.

However, it should be noted that excessive hardness is not a proper attitude to choose to remain equal in success and failure.


VERSE 48

योगस्थः कुरु कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा धनञ्जय ।
सिद्ध्यसिद्ध्योः समो भूत्वा समत्वं योग उच्यते ॥४८॥

yogasthaḥ kuru karmāṇi saṅgaṁ tyaktvā dhanañjaya
siddhy-asiddhyoḥ samo bhūtvā samatvaṁ yoga ucyate

O Dhanañjaya, stand firm in yoga, perform your activities give up attachment and be equipoised for both success and failure. Such balance is known as yoga.

Verse 2. 48: ''Fix your mind on the performance of the action and do not Geld in performing it, whether you meet with success or failure; such a state is said to be Yoga"

Worrying is lessened as well as emotional fluctuation when we anchor ourselves to have a balanced view of success and failure.

Submit to God’s Will 


VERSE 66

सर्वधर्मान्परित्यज्य मामेकं शरणं व्रज ।
अहं त्वां सर्वपापेभ्यो मोक्षयिष्यामि मा शुचः ॥६६॥

sarva-dharmān parityajya mām ekaṁ śaraṇaṁ vraja
ahaṁ tvāṁ sarva-pāpebhyo mokṣayiṣyāmi mā śucaḥ

Abandon all types of dharma – come and surrender unto Me alone! Do not fear, for I will surely deliver you from all reactions.

Verse 18. 66: ''Give up all other forms of religion and just devote yourselves to Me alone; I will set you free from the wicked reactions of the world; you should not be afraid''

Compliance with religious beliefs can help to reduce the load of concern; the concept of turning to the powers above.

Faith and submission to the plan of the almighty decrease the load of the cares and concerns.

They serve as a reminder that you are not in this struggle alone; someone cares and is actively working to make better the things that have gone wrong.

Though there is a difference between the terms mindfulness and present moment awareness, they are both closely related.



VERSE 5

उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानं नात्मानमवसादयेत् ।
आत्मैव ह्यात्मनो बन्धुरात्मैव रिपुरात्मनः ॥५॥

uddhared ātmanātmānaṁ nātmānam avasādayet
ātmaiva hy-ātmano bandhur ātmaiva ripur ātmanaḥ

Living beings must elevate themselves by the mind – they must not degrade themselves. Certainly, the mind is the friend of living beings as well as their worst enemy. 

Verse 6. 5: ''One has to cleanse the passage for the august Self by one’s own mind. Mind is the friend too of the fractioned soul and his foe as well''

Awareness and detachment enable a person to control his or her thoughts and feelings.

Therefore focusing on the present moment helps one to get out of the worrying system of the past and future.

When something feels right, there is a sense of excitement, relief, happiness, satisfaction and contentment. And when something is not right you feel suffocated, or uncomfortable.

Now ask yourself, which choice gives you peace and satisfaction?

Our mind and body are closely linked. How we feel emotionally can affect our physical state through our nervous system. For example, when we experience negative emotions, such as discomfort or concern, our body may react by tensing up, feeling upset might make us hunch our shoulders, feel a weight in our chest, or have tummy troubles.
On the other hand, positive emotions can result in happiness, smiling faces, shining eyes, light and openness in our body, expansiveness within the body, and even a touch of excitement.

Past experiences


Do not forget those times when you just had a strong feeling about something, It can really help you pick up on that intuitive sense in future. try to recall the feeling of that hunch especially in a past situation where your intuition turned out to be right.

Strong Women: Forged in the Fires of Adversity



 The saying, "Strong women aren't born; they are made by the storms they walk through," has perhaps been one of the greatest tributes to the indomitable spirit of women.

 It is meant to connote that it is not strength and courage that make a person resilient but quite the reverse resilience breeding both strength and courage. 

The Nature of Storms
 Any individual's life is a journey peppered with storms. They could be storms of personal loss, health crises, financial stress, relationship breakdown, or societal pressures. They are the unwelcome, the tumultuous, and those events that make the tectonic shift in our sense of normalcy. As much as these storms can be devastating, they also offer growth, transformation and opportunities. 

The Forging Process Women can perform miracles when pushed to the wall; it is then that one rises above the storm.

These are the times the seeds of strength are laid. Becoming strong doesn't take a linear route; it's an interplay of emotions, decisions, and actions.

 Self-Actualization: Storms force us to confront our vulnerabilities. We often find many women begin journeys of self-discovery during times of quiet after the storm. 
The inward look into one's inner world reveals the hidden strengths and potentials not yet put into practice.
 Resilience building is the ability to be able to bounce back from any setback, being able to return and take up what life may throw your way. 
Storms you battle through add up, making it just that little bit easier to weather the next one. Essentially, one might say it is like tanning or developing callouses on the soul—the more one endures, the tougher one becomes.

 Perspective shift: Hardship is mostly able to make us rethink, that is, it charges us with reviewing what's important to us. Perhaps what seemed central to our lives will not be any more; other values will still spring into action. 
This shift in perspective may then create a clearer sense of purpose and direction.

 Empathy development: Confronting adversity can engender empathy. Women who have gone through their dark times frequently develop an in-depth understanding of others' pain and problems. This is a strong bonding and compassionate agent.

 Growth mindset: Strong women take on challenges as a means to growth. They do not define setbacks as failures but as the stepping stone towards attaining success. 
In this regard, a growth mindset plays a vital role in tapping potential and getting over obstacles.

 Many stories in history are inspiring and speak of women who came from the lower ranks and became strong and influential personalities.

 Suffragettes, women wanting the right to vote, civil rights activists and those who struggled against race discrimination were shaped by the adversities of their generation.

Modern society is full of amazing women, who are fighting with courage and strength for their rights and freedoms. 
Women who are ageing but still striving to run their homes, women who are fighting for their lives after being abused by their male partners, women who are struggling with cancer, single mothers who are trying to fend for their families, women who are becoming the first in their companies, these are strong examples of strength in action. 

Women can perform miracles when pushed to the wall; it is then that one rises above the storm. 
These are the times the seeds of strength are laid.

However, this is where the use of the dialogical structure of possible interaction between storms and characters demonstrates that strength can be obtained passively during storms but also can be built up actively as well.

 Here are some strategies: To overcome the storms in life

Mindfulness and self-care: Prayer, deep breathing, keeping a diary and so on buttress the spirit while making one less sensitive to stress hence, mindfulness strengthens the spirit.
To overcome all the storms in life, one has to be physically and mentally fit, and as a result, doing ab workouts regularly is very essential.

 One has to associate the self with good people to encourage in the case of encountering an issue.

Continuous learning: Optimistically, the various barriers might be overcome, if people can be enabled to acquire more knowledge and skills to cope with the difficulties.

Setting goals: This brings purpose and meaning to existence. Thus, the existence of well-articulated goals facilitates providing direction to people. In the same vein, one can suggest that achievements that have been made halfway through the process should also be appreciated as this can motivate people.

Embracing vulnerability:  It is very normal to feel emotionally touched and fearful. At the same time, openness is not a sign of weakness, and it is critical to remember that vulnerability is people’s strength.

A strong woman does not blossom from her mother’s womb like a butterfly from the cage of a cocoon. They are formed by the process they undertake. The storm that they step into is not for beating them to a pulp but for shaping them.

 Suffering is the best exercise for their strength; and boldness for them to act the natural man. These are steps that, when set, help women put down the structures that would enable a full-strength and purposeful life.

We tend to mark certain occasions, the special occasions such as the day we graduate, the day we are engaged, the day we get married, the day we buy a car or the housewarming occasions, our birthdays.
They are embraced as chances in which we can rejoice with our loved ones.
Big wins are those victories that give a feeling of achievement, that is similar to the emergence on the top of the mountain and the view of the trekking goals.
However, the little triumphs, being disciplined in doing your workout regimen, learning a new trade, and facing your phobia, are the paths that lead up to the said overlook.



It is also equally significant to note that such accomplishments are just as valuable as those larger, cognizable successes, as they feed the drive to continue striving, add to one’s confidence, and sustain forward progress.
In general, celebrations make us feel that we are appreciated, admired and recognised by the society. But we almost always neglect these minor achievements.

How about marking the completion of little things?

Do we take time to celebrate what we have achieved?

How many times do we clink glasses to acknowledge how far we have come, how strong and mature we have become?

A simple reward for any achievement no matter the magnitude is one of the more effective methods of encouraging people and ensuring that they remain on track. Did you finally do that thing you have been procrastinating to do?

You know, you know, that project that is been pending on your to-do list for years now?

And what about sticking to that healthy eating plan for a whole week? That's pretty cool if you did!

Don't forget to give yourself a pat on the back for the little things you've managed to do.

I mean, it's not just about bragging rights, right?

Celebrating those tiny wins is really about saying, "Hey, good job," to yourself for putting in the work and seeing some progress.

It keeps you pumped for whatever's coming up next.

Kabir, the mystic poet of 15th-century India, left behind resilient verses that still strike a chord in the hearts of truth seekers.


One such verse, "aadi achhar hi aagam hai ta ko sab bistar,
 sat-guru daya ten paiye sattnam nij saar,"



An incisive analysis of reality, the position of Satguru, and self-realization as an ultimate goal.

The Path of Self-Discovery: A Journey Within

This verse of Kabir is not any kind of philosophical statement; it is an invitation. 
It calls us to this journey of self-realization, seeking the company and instructions of a true teacher who would guide us toward experiencing the "aadi achchar" within ourselves. Without a doubt, this will pass through practices of meditation, devotional service, or cultivation of the heart with open inquiry.

The Source of All: The Primordial Sound

The verse opens with a very interesting statement: "aadi achhar hi aagam hai" - "the primal sound is the source.

It transcends the province of words or concepts - it is a fine energy, so fine that it cannot be seen, yet powerful enough to become all things."This "aadi achhar," literally translating to "the first sound," is often interpreted as the primordial vibration, the root from which all creation unfolds.
Some people interpret it as universal consciousness, the ground of being from which all existence emanates. It is considered as "aadi achchar'' and is interpreted differently by different spiritual traditions.

" Some call it the Cosmic Sound 'Om', the Holy Syllable,
 the essence of all that is." Some others link it with the Unmanifested Brahman, who is considered in Hinduism to be the root source of creation. Whatever the interpretations, the fundamental message is the same: everything we see hear or experience has this unique source as its origin.

Beyond Duality: All Are Interconnected.

The verse progresses with the phrase "ta ko sab bistar," which means "from that, all unfolds." It Unfolds the Universe, from Source to Manifestation, a Reflection of the One

The lines of the bani show that everything is interlinked.
That singular source is known as "aadi achchar," from which the universe comes into being. Just as from one seed grows a tree, similarly, the whole universe is based on that one source. The creative source does not stand apart from its creation; it is all part of the same fabric.

Deficiency of the Intellect: The Need for a Real Teacher
It then accepts that this knowledge in itself is not enough.

It says, "sat-guru daya ten paiye sattnam nij saar" – "through the grace of the true teacher, one obtains the true name, one's own essence." In this couplet, Kabir introduces the "sat-guru," the true spiritual teacher.

This "aadi achhar" is a state beyond duality, a sort of neutrality, where terms like good and bad, creation and destruction, have not yet dissociated from one another. From here everything unfolds; that is the substratum of all phenomena.

The Expanding Universe: A Mirror of the One

The verse continues, "ta ko sab bistar," which literally means "from that, all unfolds."

This line of great beauty shows the oneness of all of existence. Just as waves come up and then fall back into the ocean, the entire universe manifests from this one source.
Everything we see around us—all these mountains and rivers, stars and planets, even the thoughts and emotions that appear within our minds—are but waves upon the endless ocean of the "aadi achhar."

Beyond the Veil of Illusion: The Need for the Satguru.

Such a primordial sound can be understood only at a slightly deeper level of awareness.

Such a nondual reality cannot be comprehended by the human mind, conditioned by the senses and limited by the bondage of language.
Therefore arises the need for the "sat-guru." It means the realized one, the one beyond the confinements of the mind and who, by experiencing the "aadi achhar" firsthand, has gone beyond the limitations of the mind.
Here the role of the "sat-guru" comes to the fore.
 That relationship between disciple and sat-guru is often portrayed as a condition or state of pure consciousness beyond the reach of ego and attachments to the material world.

Teacher's Grace: Inaugurating the Real Name

The verse underlines the role of the "sat-guru" in the lines, "sat-guru daya ten pa iye sattnam nij saar."

It means "through the grace of the true teacher, one obtains the true name, one's own essence."
Here, "sattnam" does not stand for a literal name but is a metaphor, implying the realization of one's self. It is representative of the experience one has of his link with that divine source, the "aadi achhar."He says that the "sat-guru" acts as a bridge in helping the disciple shed narrow identification with the ego and connect with the vastness of one's real nature.

Thus, Kabir's verse becomes a kind of guide for any spiritual seeker. It is an assertion of the "aadi achchar," or interwoven-ness of things—how a "sat-guru" is needed to realize one's "sattnam."

Such a path is not of intellectual gymnastics, but one of devotion, surrender, and openness to the grace from the true teacher.
